What we collect

We collect information you provide when registering, making a reservation, joining a waitlist, or communicating with us. This includes your name, email address, payment references (not card numbers), and optional preferences such as dietary needs and communication style.

How we use it

Your information is used to facilitate your experience, communicate logistics, process payments via our payment providers (Stripe / Square), and — with your explicit consent — send you invitations to future experiences.

We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers.

Marketing communications

We only send marketing communications to people who have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or updating your preferences in your portal. Gift recipients are asked to opt in separately at the point of claiming their gift.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to run our experiences (payment processors, email services), and only to the extent required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. To make a request, visit your portal or email us directly. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary to keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
