Reservations
Placing a reservation confirms your intent to attend and authorises us to process the stated payment. Reservations are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit secures your place. Final balances are due 60 days before retreat arrival. Because this retreat is limited to a small number of guests and retreat commitments are finalized in advance, cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable and non-creditable. Transfers to another eligible guest may be approved by VOXVERSA in writing. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Payment plans
If you select an instalment plan, you authorise automatic charges on the agreed schedule. Missed payments may result in forfeiture of your place. We will notify you before any retry attempt.
Conduct
All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, facilitators, and venues with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is harmful, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
Photography & media
Events may be photographed or filmed. You will be asked for explicit consent at registration. If you do not consent, we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are not included in any published materials.
Gifts
Gift experiences are valid for the event specified. If the event is cancelled, a credit will be issued. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience. We are not liable for indirect losses, travel costs, or expenses incurred in relation to an event.
